Timeline is licensed for personal use. One license covers one user. You may not sublicense, sell, or redistribute the app or your license key. Commercial use within your own workflow (e.g. tracking your business expenses) is permitted; reselling access or building a product on top of Timeline is not.
Your license key is issued once at the time of purchase and tied to your email address. It is non-transferable. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the app does not function as described — contact hello@trytimeline.app. After 14 days, all sales are final.
When we say 'own it forever,' we mean the version of Timeline you purchased is yours to keep and use indefinitely, on any Mac you own. No subscription, no expiry, no remote kill switch. Ongoing access to new features, updates, and compatibility with future versions of macOS depends on continued development. If development stops, the version you have continues to work for as long as the underlying platform supports it. We will never remotely disable or revoke your license.
Timeline connects to Google Calendar and Notion on your behalf using OAuth 2.0. The app requests read-only access and only writes back changes you explicitly make inside the app. Your data is never transmitted to our servers — all communication happens directly between the app on your Mac and Google's or Notion's APIs. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for complying with Google's and Notion's terms of service.
Timeline is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, data accuracy, or compatibility with future versions of macOS, Notion, or Google Calendar. Use of the app is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uplifty is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Timeline, including but not limited to loss of data or missed payments.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted in the changelog. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
